Spencer R. Woods, after graduating Suma Cum Laude from Washington State University with a degree in Political Science and Pre-Law, quickly established a reputable career path in sales with a national public telecommunication company. Spencer was quickly promoted to work in a sales management capacity for the western region of the United States. Spencer participated in the design and implementation of several national initiatives gauged towards increasing carrier revenues and market share.
In June of 2000, Spencer Woods was able to secure venture capital funding to create a local telecommunication company. Spencer successfully managed the growth of the company and within three years it had grown to multi-million dollar corporation with a staff of over fifty and operations in two states. Avaya Communication recognized the company as one of the fastest growing Pacific Northwest firms, and recognized the organization as the #1 customer service company in the Western United States as voted by an independent customer service survey. Spencer participated in the negotiation of a successful four company merger in August of 2003 and was subsequently responsible for the consolidation and efficiencies of a unified service operation.

Michael P. Callaghan has successfully established himself in the telecommunications infrastructure industry for twenty-one years. Beginning as a field educator training enlisted soldiers in cabling, installation and IT maintenance skills while serving the U.S. Military during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Mike designed and installed the telecommunications network in both the Saudi Arabia and Kuwait theatres.
Following Mike's service to his country in 1992, Mike accepted a position as General Manager of a growing Northwest cable and networking company, where Mike's knowledge and strategies of the telecommunications industry allowed the company to grow into a multi million dollar business. After the company was acquired by a national networking company in 1996, Mike was instrumental in the management of the company's operational processes to ensure efficient implementation, customer satisfaction, and increased revenues. Mike spent the following ten years of his growing career managing the operations and sales of various Pacific Northwest teams within the region. Mike's attention to detail, drive and integrity has secured long-term business relationships in both the private and public sectors.
