John Russell started his successful career in 1983 as an electrician and today has transpired in to one of the most reputable names in the cable infrastructure industry for his expertise in the engineering and design of large national communication solutions. Mr. Russell has spent the last 13 years working for a national communication company responsible for national roll outs and account management prior to joining the Integrity Networks team. John Russell has a very comprehensive understanding of building operational frameworks that support continued growth and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Russell has a credible list of loyal relationships where he has provided pre-engineering and technical design support to such companies as Weyerhaeuser, T-Mobile, Western Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Info Space, etc. Russell’s most notable design and implementation management consisted of over 40,000 Category 6 ports and 20,000 strands of fiber.
Mr. Kent Forrest joined the Integrity family of companies as a Partner and Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing in June of 2006. Forrest has been in the cable infrastructure industry since 1985 and has successfully contributed to the framework of national communication companies in both the distribution and contracting areas. Mr. Forrest has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry that includes global account management, contracting and distribution, and the sale of products and services most specifically related to the federal market space.
Mr. Forrest started his career with a national communication company as an apprentice where he was later promoted to fulfill various leadership roles to provide greater impact to the company’s growth and revenue objectives. During the 1990’s Forrest played key management roles in the evolution of two separate successful small businesses in the cabling space. The initial grew from approximately $3M to $25M in sales during his tenure and was later acquired by a global telecommunications entity. The latter, where Forrest was directly responsible for sales revenues increased from $4M in the Pacific Northwest, to exceed $20M in sales and national project involvement.
Most recently, Mr. Forrest worked as a Global Accounts Manager for a Fortune 500 company where he acquired experience dealing with international business issues while servicing the U.S. military and major defense contractors on a worldwide scale.
Mr. Forrest has been highly associated with key accounts such as the Federal Highway Administration/WSDOT, Federal Aviation Administration, Social Security Administration, Northrop Grumman, Apptis, Inc., and all branches of U.S. military. Forrest credits his career success in part to his attention to accountability and integrity, allowing him to develop loyal relationships with both vendors and end-users.
Gordon S.Y. Young, MS, CCNA, MCP joined the Integrity family of companies as the Hawaiian Islands / Pacific Rim General Manager in June of 2006. Young has been in the cable infrastructure industry since 1971 and has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry which includes project management, sales, engineering and design, specific to the Federal Government.
Mr. Young started his career with a national communication company as an Operations Supervisor where he was responsible for the company’s integration and implementation schedules. In 1986, Mr. Young invested working capital and became a Managing Partner in a successful infrastructure company, Systems Group, Inc. Young’s role was the oversight of the design and implementation of complex networking technologies across various geographical areas to meet the demands of customers. Young has traveled all over the world managing technical crews through successful military installations, some of which include highly classified and secure networks in both Germany and Japan.
Mr. Young, a Hawaiian native, holds a Masters degree in Computer Science / Telecommunications Engineering and is an active member in his community. Young is also heavily involved in various committees as a member and advisory roles in such groups as the IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA), and BICSI.
