Lead Cable Technician

Job Description

Integrity Networks is one of the fastest growing structured cable and technology companies in the Pacific Northwest. As the organization continues to focus on service initiatives and increased market share, our technical group has an increased level of responsibility in job management, profitability, and leadership. Integrity Networks is looking for qualified Lead Cable Technicians that have excellent leadership skills, project management skills, and a proven success record of on-site management and lead experience. Candidate will be expected to manage the installation, project management, material management, and on-site customer relations on job assignments that range from medium, single-site to large, multi-site installations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ALL candidates must have 5-6 years of experience and be able to independently manage large projects. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, project management skills, and material management experience. Lead Technician must have experience and understand working with Cat5E, Cat6, and fiber optic cable; both single and multi-mode. Be able to terminate and test copper and fiber and successfully operate a Cat6, Agilent WireScope , Fluke Networks, Source & Meter, and OTDR tester. Candidate also needs to be able to understand blue prints and work from CADD drawings. O6 certification is a plus.

Each applicant must successfully pass a background check; have a valid driver's license.
